Local Delivery (Kuwait & GCC)
All orders are carefully processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM KSA time will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will also be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Local orders are typically delivered the next day.
International Delivery
For international orders, processing takes up to 5 business days.

After processing, your order will be shipped via DHL Express. You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Coverage
The BeautyZone currently ships across Kuwait and the GCC.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once products have been opened.
